made a really good “smoothie” this morning. i’m just gonna record the ingredients so i don’t forget
- froz raspberries
- froz blueberries
- strawberries
- fresh coconut
- 1/4 of an avocado
- fresh squeezed half of a lemon
- 1 large kale leaf
- splash of Reserveratol juice
- splash of unsweetened almond breeze
- 1 scoop of Vega smoothie powder
- some chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginseng
- 1/2 teaspoon of matcha
- water
- i think that’s it…but i’m not sure haha
yeah so it is pretty boss, full of tons of healthy things. :)
after i drink it up i’m going for a run
