made a really good “smoothie” this morning. i’m just gonna record the ingredients so i don’t forget

  • froz raspberries
  • froz blueberries
  • strawberries
  • fresh coconut
  • 1/4 of an avocado
  • fresh squeezed half of a lemon
  • 1 large kale leaf
  • splash of Reserveratol juice
  • splash of unsweetened almond breeze
  • 1 scoop of Vega smoothie powder
  • some chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ginseng
  • 1/2 teaspoon of matcha
  • water
  • i think that’s it…but i’m not sure haha

yeah so it is pretty boss, full of tons of healthy things. :)

after i drink it up i’m going for a run
