k no obviously not but it’s seriously frustrating to be busting my ass making sure i’m eating healthy and getting atleast 30 minutes daily of exercise, sometimes more and still hovering around the same weight. i have a doctors appointment…
honestly, we have the EXACT same problems. i’ve been busting my ass for over a year now and hardly have seen difference. i have even turned vegetarian in the last month and a bit. the only real change i have seen is my muscle, but sadly-especially in my core- i can feel and sort of see the abs but the top layer of fat just WON’T. COME. OFF. grrr.
